2025 Saint Rita Patronal Feast

From May 13th to 24th, 2025, Casalotti experienced twelve days of celebration around its patron saint. The structure of the evenings followed the established tradition: Holy Mass and novena at 6:00 PM in Piazza Ormea, meditative rosary at 7:30 PM with the blessing of Saint Rita's rosaries and the switching on of the festive lights.

The central moment was the solemn Mass celebrated by Monsignor Gianrico Ruzza, Bishop of the Diocese of Porto-Santa Rufina and Civitavecchia-Tarquinia, with the blessing of the roses. This was followed at 7:30 PM by the procession through the streets of the district, accompanied by a marching band; upon returning to the church at 9:00 PM, there were fireworks, and at 9:45 PM, a community dinner in the parish spaces.

On another day, the 6:00 PM Mass was presided over by Monsignor Lino Fumagalli, Bishop Emeritus of Viterbo, followed at 7:00 PM by performances by local sports groups. All initiatives were free to attend.
