Edition 2025 — Saint Peter in Chains
2025 Edition
The patronal feast of Frasso Sabino, in the Rieti area, was held from August 22 to 24, 2025, organized by the local Pro Loco.
Friday, August 22, the celebrations started in the hamlet of Casali di Frasso Sabino with the porchetta festival and a concert by the group Folka Vacca.
Saturday, August 23, from 6:30 PM, the Disco Baby Party for children; at 8:00 PM, the opening of the food stand with the third edition of the Wild Boar Pappardelle Festival, followed by live music from Scirockati.
Sunday, August 24, the patron saint's day: in the morning, the procession in honor of Saint Peter in Chains accompanied by the village music band and the characteristic Basket Parade with traditional Sabina costumes. In the evening, from 8:00 PM, the 49th Bertollaccia Festival along with the second Sheep Arrosticini Festival, then the comedy show by 'Nduccio and the grand finale with fireworks launched from Castello Sforza Cesarini.
