The Saint Patrick's Day Festival is one of the most cherished events in the calendar of Sotto il Monte Giovanni XXIII, a municipality in the Isola Bergamasca area, in the province of Bergamo. Around March 17th, the day of Ireland's patron saint, the town dedicates a long weekend to Irish atmosphere, setting up the heated Palatenda in Piazza Santa Maria.

The Saint Patrick's Day Festival 2026 in Sotto il Monte Giovanni XXIII (BG) runs from Friday, March 13 to Sunday, March 15, at the heated Palatenda in Piazza Santa Maria. The event, organized by the Pro Loco with the support of the Municipality, offers three days of Irish-themed cuisine, beer, and live music.
On Friday, March 13, and Saturday, March 14, doors open at 6:30 PM, with evenings dedicated to gastronomy and concerts; on Sunday, March 15, lunch is served starting at 12:30 PM, by reservation also via QR code. Admission is free.
