Edition 2025 — Strozega dei Badoni

On Friday, December 5, 2025, Mezzolombardo celebrated the traditional Saint Nicholas Strozega dei Badoni. At 4:30 PM, the gathering took place at the Saint Nicholas shrine on Via Trento, followed by a children's procession to Piazza delle Erbe, amidst bundles of wood, cans, and metal sheets dragged with great noise. Around 5:30 PM, prizes were awarded for the largest metal sheet, the longest strozega, and the largest group, followed by Christmas sweets, chestnuts, tea, and mulled wine. The event kicked off the town's Christmas calendar.
