2025 Saint Michael Festival in Monterotondo Scalo

From September 18 to 29, 2025, Monterotondo Scalo celebrated its patron saint with the usual calendar spread throughout the district. During the first week, evening masses moved between Piazza San Michele, Via Monte Grappa, Via Monti Sant'Ilario, Piedicosta, Borgonuovo, and the local bocce club.

The highlight arrived on Friday, September 26: at 6:30 PM, the solemn mass presided over by the bishop, at 7:30 PM the procession accompanied by the Eretina Musical Band, and upon return, the fireworks display; in the evening, a concert by the Outside Band. Saturday, September 27, featured an afternoon of entertainment and games in the square, and at 9:00 PM, the Renato Zero tribute by 'Icaro'. Sunday, September 28, was dedicated to families with a concert by 'La Banda del Cuore'. September 29, the liturgical feast of Saint Michael the Archangel, closed the festivities with the main celebration. The organization was handled by the parish together with the 'La Bussola' oratory, the 'San Michele' sports association, and the 'Monterotondo 2' scout group.
