Saint Michael's Festival 2025: "Scenes and Sceneries"

From September 26 to 29, 2025, Bagnacavallo experienced its Saint Michael's Festival with over one hundred events spread throughout the historic center. The edition inaugurated a three-year journey dedicated to theatre, with the theme "Scenes and Sceneries", celebrating the 180th anniversary of the Teatro Carlo Goldoni (inaugurated on September 27, 1845).

The main stage hosted four concerts: on Friday the 26th, rap by Ensi and BigJoe; on Saturday the 27th, Andrea Amati with the tribute to De André "Attenti al gorilla"; on Sunday the 28th, country folk by Nashville & Backbones; and on Monday the 29th, the Orchestra Doremi with a tribute to ABBA. Among the exhibitions were one dedicated to the painter Mattia Moreni at the former convent of San Francesco and "Exodus" in the Church of the Suffragio.

There were also markets and stalls along Via Mazzini, Via Ramenghi, and Via Matteotti, "osterie volanti" with Romagna flavors, the Dolce di San Michele, children's shows at the Giardino dei Semplici, and guided tours of the Teatro Goldoni.
