Saint Maurice Festival 2025

In 2025, the Saint Maurice Patronal Festival in Acuto was held from September 21st to 24th in the Ernici Mountains town in the province of Frosinone. As is tradition, the festival combined the religious moment of the procession with a rich program of secular and cultural events that enlivened Piazza Margherita and the streets of the village.

Among the year's highlights were the solemn procession accompanied by the marching band, evening concerts, the street fair, local food stalls, and the historical re-enactment dedicated to the town's popular memory, alongside art exhibitions set up in municipal spaces.

The 2025 edition program ran from September 21st to 24th. On Sunday, September 21st, Holy Mass was held in the church of Santa Maria, followed by the solemn procession through the village streets accompanied by the La Forma Marching Band; on the occasion of the festival, an exhibition of works by Umberto De Grandi was inaugurated in the Council Chamber. On Monday, September 22nd, the patron saint's day, a concert and show by "Signora Gilda" with a traditional tombola draw took place in Piazza Margherita. On Tuesday, September 23rd, the fair was held along Viale Roma and Corso Umberto from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, followed in the afternoon by the re-enactment "Te racconto auto de 'na vota" and an evening concert by the group "Ampres Ampres".
