Edition 2025 — Saint Maurice Festival
In 2025, Porto Maurizio also celebrated the patronal feast of Saint Maurice in September, with religious services in the Basilica and a procession through the alleys of Parasio. An event of devotion and tradition that annually brings together the community of the historic district of Imperia around its patron saint.
The 2025 edition of the Feast of Saint Maurice renewed the celebration of the patron saint of Porto Maurizio, in Imperia. Religious services in the Basilica of Saint Maurice and the procession in the historic center of Parasio marked the feast.
As every year, the celebrations combined the religious dimension with identity, enhancing the bond between the historic district and its patron saint, in the heart of western Liguria.
