Edition 2025 — Saint Mamilian

The 2025 edition of the Saint Mamilian Festival took place in mid-September in Giglio Castello, on Isola del Giglio, with the usual alternation of religious moments and popular celebrations: the procession of the patron saint's relic, the Donkey Palio between the districts, the Wild Rabbit Festival, the square quadrille, and the final fireworks display.

In 2025, the Saint Mamilian Festival once again confirmed its role as the most attended event on Isola del Giglio. In the medieval village of Giglio Castello, in the Province of Grosseto, the community celebrated its patron saint with the solemn procession of the relic, the traditional Donkey Palio between the four districts, tastings at the Wild Rabbit Festival accompanied by Ansonaco wine, the square quadrille, and the concluding fireworks, all in an atmosphere of authentic and deeply felt celebration.
