Edition 2025 — Saint Linus Festival
The Festa di San Lino is the most important patronal feast of Lurano, a town in the Bassa Bergamasca region of the province of Bergamo, dedicated to Saint Linus Pope and Martyr, successor of Saint Peter. In 2025, the town celebrated its patron saint in September, around the 23rd, with a week of festivities, solemn Masses, and the traditional evening procession departing from the parish church. The festival, deeply rooted in the town's identity for centuries, reaffirmed the community's strong bond with this unique figure in the history of the early Church.
