Saint Lawrence Festival 2025 in Colle di Tora

From August 7th to 10th, 2025, Colle di Tora celebrated its patron saint, Lawrence the Martyr, with four days of festivities on the shores of Lake Turano, in the province of Rieti. The program opened on Thursday, August 7th, with the Holy Rosary and Mass in the Church of Saint Lawrence, the "Madagascar" children's show, and music by Big Luciano.

The following evenings featured alternating concerts and performances: the band "Il Sole d'Italia," themed games in the square titled "The Fantastic World of Mary Poppins" for the little ones, and a musical evening with the "Come Max Band" at the municipal stadium. Every evening from 8:00 PM, food stalls were active, serving typical local dishes.

On Sunday, August 10th, the feast day of Saint Lawrence, the festival culminated with performances by marching bands, Holy Mass, the solemn afternoon procession, and at midnight, the grand fireworks display over the waters of Lake Turano.
