Edition 2025 — San Lorenzo Festival

In 2025, the San Lorenzo Festival in Arzago d'Adda renewed the historic tradition of distributing bread and chickpea soup, accompanied by masses, a solemn mass with the Schola Cantorum, and the procession with the patron saint's statue. An event that combines devotion, memory, and community in the Bergamo plains.

The 2025 edition of the San Lorenzo Festival in Arzago d'Adda confirmed the vitality of one of the oldest traditions in the Bergamo plains.

Amidst the morning masses, the solemn evening mass with the Schola Cantorum, and the procession with the statue of Saint Lawrence, the festival attracted residents and visitors from neighboring towns. The heart of the celebration remained the distribution of bread and chickpea soup at tables set up at the town hall, an act that has renewed the spirit of charity and community of the town since 1677.
