Edition 2025 — Saint Joseph Festival
In 2025, the Saint Joseph Festival once again enlivened Portis di Venzone with the traditional Via Crucis in Portis Vecchio, the opening of food stalls, the performance of the Venzone band, and the Trophy Exhibition. On the tables, the indispensable lidric cul poc e ûs dûrs of the Friulian spring tradition was served.
The 2025 edition confirmed the festival's established format: the evocative evening Via Crucis in Portis Vecchio, stalls with Carnic traditional dishes, music from the Venzone Concert Band, and the hunting trophy exhibition in Piazza Spanò. The star of the table was the field radicchio with pancetta and hard-boiled eggs, a symbol of Friulian spring cuisine, in a celebration that brought together the community of Portis and neighboring towns.
