Edition 2025 — Saint Joseph in Pioppo

In 2025, the Saint Joseph Festival in Pioppo attracted numerous faithful among crowded altars and a highly attended procession. The Monreale village celebrated the Patriarch with the blessing of altars adorned with votive breads on the eve and the solemn procession of the statue on March 19th, in an atmosphere of intense popular devotion and sharing.

The 2025 edition of the Saint Joseph Festival in Pioppo, a village in the Municipality of Monreale (Metropolitan City of Palermo), confirmed itself as one of the most heartfelt devotional events in the area. The Saint's altars, set up with characteristic, finely crafted votive breads, were at the center of the March 18th eve, with the blessing accompanied by the traditional re-enactment related to the Holy Family.

On March 19th, the day of the solemnity, Saint Joseph was carried in procession through the village streets with great participation from the faithful.
