Edition 2025 — Saint Joseph and Questua del Bambinello

In 2025, Galati Mamertino once again celebrated Saint Joseph with the traditional Questua del Bambinello. The effigy of 'U Bambineddu traveled through the town accompanied by the music of the 'G. Verdi' Musical Association, while banquets set up in homes and shops brought neighbors and friends together. The procession of the statue of Saint Joseph confirmed the devotion of the Nebrodi community to its saint.

The 2025 edition of the Saint Joseph festival in Galati Mamertino renewed the rituals that have marked mid-March in the Nebrodi village for generations. The Questua del Bambinello carried 'U Bambineddu through the streets of the town to the rhythm of the 'G. Verdi' Musical Association, while characteristic banquets in honor of the Bambinello were set up in homes and shops.

The procession of the statue of Saint Joseph brought together the faithful of the town, confirming the strong bond between the community of Galati Mamertino and its religious and popular traditions, in the heart of the Sicilian mountains.
