Edition 2025 — Saint Joseph Aci Castello
The 2025 edition
The 2025 edition of the Saint Joseph Festival in Aci Castello took place during the traditional period in March, around the liturgical feast of March 19th. This year again, the village on the Cyclops Riviera experienced the solemn procession of the 18th-century papier-mâché statue, carried through the town streets on a float and on the shoulders of the faithful.
The festival confirmed the traditional tasting of pasta with chickpeas, the zeppola festival, and the Saint Joseph Fair along Via Savoia. 2025 also marked a symbolic moment for the community: the restoration and reopening of the Church of Saint Joseph and the parish oratory, which have returned to being the heart of the activities of the parish of San Mauro Abate.
