Edition 2025 — Saint John the Baptist Feast

In 2025, Montemarzino once again celebrated its patron saint, Saint John the Baptist, in keeping with the traditions of this Tortona Hills village. The festival combined the religious observance of Holy Mass in honor of the patron saint with the conviviality of a community dinner, confirming a late-June event deeply cherished by the small community in the province of Alessandria.

The 2025 edition of the Saint John the Baptist Patronal Feast in Montemarzino renewed a tradition deeply rooted in this village of the Tortona Hills, in the province of Alessandria. Around the feast day of the patron saint, set for June 24th, the community gathered for Holy Mass in the parish church dedicated to the Baptist and for the customary festive moments.

As every year, the religious celebration was accompanied by opportunities for conviviality, with the participation of the village inhabitants and its hamlets. A simple and authentic festival, an expression of the identity of a small Piedmontese municipality linked to its roots and its patron saint.
