Edition 2025 — Saint John the Baptist in Chiarino

In 2025, the hamlet of Chiarino, Tossicia (TE), once again celebrated its patron saint, Saint John the Baptist, with the traditional late-June festival. A weekend of religious celebrations, musical evenings in the square, and stalls featuring the flavors of the Teramo mountains, in the heart of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.

The 2025 edition of the Saint John the Baptist Festival renewed the appointment with the village's patronal feast in Chiarino di Tossicia. In the days surrounding June 24th, the community gathered around its patron saint with traditional religious rites, musical moments in the village square, and local gastronomy offered at the stalls.

The event, organized by the Pro Loco of Chiarino, confirmed the festival's role as the main gathering occasion for the hamlet's inhabitants and for those returning to the village in the summer, at the foot of the Gran Sasso.
