Edition 2025 — Saint James Festival

On Friday, July 25, 2025, Rio nell'Elba celebrated its patron saint, Saint James. The morning featured Holy Mass at 11:00 AM and the traditional procession; in the evening, from approximately 9:30 PM, Piazza del Popolo hosted the "Acrobats, Music, and Cabaret" show, with musical entertainment and aerial singing performances, one of the most beloved events for locals and tourists.

Saint James Festival 2025

The 2025 edition of the patronal feast of Rio nell'Elba took place on Friday, July 25. The day opened with Holy Mass at 11:00 AM, followed by the traditional procession through the village streets.

In the evening, around 9:30 PM, Piazza del Popolo provided the setting for the "Acrobats, Music, and Cabaret" show, featuring musical entertainment and aerial singing performances. The festival, organized by the Municipality of Rio in collaboration with the Pro Loco, confirmed its role as a central event of the local summer, deeply felt not only by residents but also by the many tourists present on the Island of Elba.
