The 2025 Saint George Festival

The 2025 edition of the patronal feast of Vico nel Lazio took place on Sunday, July 27, following a tradition that has enlivened the last Sunday of the month for generations in this Ernici village in the province of Frosinone. The Confraternity of Saint George the Martyr oversaw the religious celebrations and civil festivities: the solemn patronal Mass, the procession with the equestrian statue of Saint George accompanied by the town's confraternities and the brass band, and the celebration in Piazza XXIV Maggio with traditional Ciociarian food stalls. To close the day, as usual, a fireworks display lit up the medieval walls of the village.
