Edition 2025 — Saint George Fair

In 2025, the Saint George Fair took place on Sunday, April 27, and Wednesday, April 30; the original date of April 26 was postponed due to the national mourning following the death of Pope Francis. Featuring an equestrian parade, a zero-kilometer market, crafts, exhibitions on ancient trades, and local gastronomy, the festival concluded with a concert by Sud Sound System in Piazza Vittoria.

Saint George Fair 2025

The 2025 edition in Corigliano d'Otranto was held over two days, Sunday, April 27, and Wednesday, April 30, following the postponement of the April 26 date due to national mourning for the passing of Pope Francis. Sunday began at 9:00 AM with an equestrian parade of carts, carriages, horses, and ponies through the historic center, a zero-kilometer market featuring local organic producers, a craft market in Piazza Vittoria, an exhibition on ancient trades on Via Dante Alighieri, and a food stand in Piazza San Nicola; in the evening, a Beatles tribute by Bazart took place. The grand finale, on Wednesday, April 30 at 10:00 PM in Piazza Vittoria, featured a concert by Sud Sound System, pioneers of Salento reggae and dancehall.
