Edition 2025 — Saint Elizabeth's Fair
In November 2025, the Saint Elizabeth's Fair and Giant Turkey Festival in Romans d'Isonzo renewed its almost bicentennial tradition with the giant turkey weigh-off competition, a funfair, markets, animal exhibitions, and typical turkey dishes.
The 2025 Edition
In 2025, the Saint Elizabeth's Fair once again animated Romans d'Isonzo with its tried-and-tested formula: the giant turkey weigh-off competition, the heart of the Giant Turkey Festival, the funfair, market stalls, animal exhibitions, and concerts. The reading of the imperial document recalling the 1834 Habsburg concession was not missed, while the Pro Loco and local associations offered typical turkey dishes, confirming the fair as one of the most cherished events of the Isontine autumn.
