Saint Christopher Festival 2025 in Valguarnera Caropepe

The 2025 edition, funded in part by a 25,000 euro contribution from the Sicilian Region, offered a week of events designed for all ages. Among the protagonists of the secular program were the historic group Matia Bazar, DJ Provenzano from RDS with his "Schiuma Party," and the television show "Sicilia in Festa" by Video Mediterraneo.

On August 24th, in Piazza Matrice, the lyrical-musical concert organized by the "Giacomo Magno" cultural association featured Valguarnera soprano Lauret Paternò and tenor Renato Giordano, with the orchestra conducted by Giorgio Denaro. On August 25th, the patron saint's day, after the solemn city procession, the concert by neomelodic singer Angelo Famao was held at Villa Falcone Borsellino, followed in the evening by the fireworks display at the sports field, the grand finale of the festivities.
