Edition 2025 — Saint Brigid Festival

In 2025, Piasco once again renewed the tradition of the Saint Brigid Festival on the hill in the Varaita Valley, with rosaries, a procession, sung mass, and moments of celebration organized by the Pro Loco. Among the related initiatives, a charity theater performance in the Piedmontese dialect contributed to the enhancement and conservation of the medieval chapel.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Saint Brigid Festival upheld the tradition of Piasco, in the lower Varaita Valley, with mid-May festivities around the chapel on the hill. The program included the customary evening rosaries, the procession, the sung mass with the marching band, and moments of conviviality organized by the Pro Loco Piasco.

Among the related events, on Saturday, May 16th, at the Dottor Serra multipurpose hall, the D'la vila theater company from Verzuolo performed a charity show in the Piedmontese dialect: part of the proceeds was donated to the conservation and enhancement of the Saint Brigid chapel.
