Edition 2025 — Saint Blaise — Cancellara
In 2025, Cancellara also celebrated its patron saint Saint Blaise with religious services and a procession on February 3rd, alongside the Chain Sausage Fair which enlivened the village with tastings of the town's traditional product.
The 2025 edition renewed the usual union of devotion and gastronomy that characterizes the Saint Blaise festival in Cancellara. Alongside the religious celebrations and the patron saint's procession, the Chain Sausage Fair brought the flavor of the town's signature product, the braided chain sausage, recognized as a Traditional Agri-food Product and linked to a history dating back to the 18th century, to the village.
