Saint Bartholomew's Fair

The 2025 Saint Bartholomew's Fair confirmed its role as a traditional end-of-summer event in Città di Castello. On the last weekend of August, the livestock exhibition at Parco A. Langer, in the Tiber's Ansa, brought together various animal species brought by breeders from the Upper Tiber Valley, while trade fairs animated the streets and squares of the historic center.

Amidst the city's Renaissance palaces, the fair recreated the atmosphere of yesteryear, also offering children the chance to get close to the animals, in an event that combines rural tradition and city celebration in the heart of Umbria.
