Edition 2025 — Saint Bartholomew Ronciglione

In August 2025, Ronciglione celebrated its patron saint, Saint Bartholomew, with the 27th transport of the 1793 processional Macchina. On the evening of August 24th, the structure, fully illuminated and carried on the shoulders of sixteen bearers, traversed the historic center amidst great public participation, following the tradition guarded by the Sodalizio di San Bartolomeo.

2025 Edition

In 2025, the community of Ronciglione (Viterbo province, Lazio) once again gathered around its patron saint with the solemn procession of the Macchina of Saint Bartholomew, reaching its 27th transport. On the evening of August 24th, the parade departed from the Cathedral to wind through the streets of the historic center, with the 18th-century Macchina illuminated and carried on the shoulders of sixteen bearers. The celebrations concluded the following day with a solemn Mass, confirming the strength of a tradition deeply rooted in Ronciglione's identity.
