Edition 2025 — Saint Anthony Festival
The 2025 edition of the Festival of Saint Anthony Abbot in Bedero Valcuvia renewed the rites that have accompanied the village's most cherished festival for generations. The entry of the halberd, the Rite of the Lanternino, the blessing of the animals, and the procession with the statue and relic of the saint marked the January weekend.
Accompanied by the band's music and concluded with the auction of baskets and the lottery, the festival confirmed its role as an identity-building event for the Valcuvia community, in the province of Varese.
