Saint Anthony Abbot Festival — Carrettieri Parade

The 2025 Saint Anthony Abbot Festival was held on Sunday, January 26, in Vigliano Biellese, with Marco Alfonso as prior. The gathering was scheduled for 8:30 AM at Cascina Roggia, on Via Mazzia, with the parade starting at 9:30 AM along Corso Avilianum, Via Massarietta, Via Milano, and other town streets, accompanied by the Valdengo Philharmonic.

The procession arrived at Largo Stazione (Piazza Mercato) around 10:30 AM, where the blessing of animals and vehicles and the serving of mulled wine took place. The day continued with Holy Mass in the church of Santa Maria Assunta, during which deceased members were remembered, and concluded with a social lunch at 12:30 PM at the Carrettieri Association headquarters.
