Saint Anthony Abbot Feast and Snail Festival (Tre Cancelli)

The 2025 edition in Tre Cancelli

The festival of the Tre Cancelli district in Nettuno celebrated its usual mid-July appointment in 2025, with the Municipality of Nettuno and local associations supporting the work of the district committee. After the first weekend of festivities, which culminated in a well-attended procession in honour of Saint Anthony Abbot, the event was repeated from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 July.

At the centre of the stage, as always, was the Snail Festival: the food stalls served the signature dish of the local rural tradition every evening, along with specialties of Lazio cuisine. The programme alternated live music, theatrical performances, and folk exhibitions with sports and cycling competitions designed to involve enthusiasts of all ages. An edition that confirmed the vitality of one of the most deep-rooted popular festivals on the coast south of Rome.
