Edition 2025 — Saint Anne Feast in Upega
In 2025, the Saint Anne Patronal Feast once again enlivened Upega, a picturesque village in the Upper Tanaro Valley and a hamlet of the municipality of Briga Alta, in the Province of Cuneo. Around July 26, the Saint's liturgical feast, the small Brigasc community gathered around its patron saint.
The day followed tradition: Holy Mass in the 18th-century church of Saint Anne, procession with the statue of the Saint, brass band concert, and community lunch organized by the Pro Loco Upega. It is an event that every summer brings back to the valley many who were born there and who keep the bond with the village and the Brigasc identity alive.
