Edition 2025 — Sagre da las Masanètes
The 2025 edition of the Sagre da las Masanètes was held from October 10 to 19 in Villaorba di Basiliano, spread over two weekends. The historic fish festival filled the hamlet with the aromas of 'masanette' and numerous fish specialties served under the heated marquee.
The stalls offered 'masanette' in salad and sauce, calamari, cod with polenta, stewed cuttlefish, and other specialties, with an external wine and beer bar. The evenings were enlivened by live music, while on Sunday, October 19, the 21st non-competitive walk "A Spas pai Curtii di Vilevuarbe" started at 10:15 AM from the church square.
