Edition 2025 — Sagra te lu Lacciu

The 2025 edition of the Sagra te lu Lacciu took place on Saturday, September 6, 2025, in Sanarica, opening the festivities in honor of the Madonna delle Grazie. The historic center hosted stalls featuring fresh celery, sugo di lacciu, pittule, grilled meat, and Salento wine, amidst folk music and pizzica. The festival continued in the following days with religious celebrations and evening concerts.

Sagra te lu Lacciu 2025

On Saturday, September 6, 2025, Sanarica, in the province of Lecce, celebrated the Sagra te lu Lacciu, the festival dedicated to Salento celery, kicking off the festivities for the Madonna delle Grazie. The food stands in the historic center offered freshly harvested celery, sugo di lacciu with handmade pasta, pittule, and local products, accompanied by local wine.

The evening featured a performance by the group Stellagrande, followed by DJ Luii and the "The Carnival" show. In the following days, the festival continued with mass in Piazza Martini and the procession (Sunday, September 7), the solemn day of the Madonna delle Grazie (Monday, September 8), and, on Tuesday, September 9, a concert by Massimo Di Cataldo.

Programme

Saturday, September 6, 2025: opening of the Sagra te lu Lacciu in the historic center with food stands (fresh celery, sugo di lacciu, pittule, local products); at 7:30 PM mass at the Sanctuary; in the evening music with Stellagrande, DJ Luii, and "The Carnival" show. Sunday, September 7: religious celebrations, at 7:00 PM mass in Piazza Martini and procession, in the evening "Nostalgia 90" show. Monday, September 8: solemn day of the Madonna delle Grazie with procession and solemn mass. Tuesday, September 9: concert by Massimo Di Cataldo.
