Sagra te li piatti te na fiata Festival

Sixth edition, August 21-23, 2025

The 6th edition of the Sagra te li piatti te na fiata, organized by the Pro Loco of Castri di Lecce, was held from August 21 to 23, 2025, on Via Pascoli. The protagonists were the great classics of Salento's peasant cuisine: homemade maccarruni, muersi fritti, fae nette cu le cicore creste, pignata te pasuli, pittule, and the De.C.O. pappaiottule, joined by the new addition of cecamariti.

Great emphasis was placed on folk music, with groups animating the three evenings by playing directly among the tables: Thursday, August 21, Talita Kum Taranta Migrante; Friday, August 22, Italian Graffiti; and Saturday, August 23, Li Vasapiedi with pizzica and folk music, closing the event in style.
