Sagra du Ruccl – Traditional San Giuseppe Focaccia Festival

The 2025 edition of the Nova Nouve di San Giuseppe was held in Gravina in Puglia from March 16 to 19, organized by the San Giuseppe Lavoratore Association. The festival opened on Sunday, March 16, with the first edition of the "San Giuseppe in Corsa" running race and the Pastoral Auction in Piazza San Giuseppe, followed in the evening by the "Miss and Mr. San Giuseppe" selection.

The central culinary moment took place on Tuesday, March 18, with the competition dedicated to 'u ruccl, the San Giuseppe focaccia, amidst markets and stalls set up at the former slaughterhouse. On Wednesday, March 19, the Saint's day, the procession through the streets of the PIP area preceded the concert by the Collettivo Murgiano and the lighting of the bonfire at 9:00 PM, accompanied by pyromusical displays, a DJ set, and the lottery draw. Guests of the edition included Gianni Sperti, Arianna Tagliente, the Trio di Saverio Cicolecchia, and the Majorettes della Murgia.
