Edition 2025 — Sagra di San Lorenzo

In 2025, the Sagra di San Lorenzo in Arzago d'Adda renewed the historic tradition of distributing bread and chickpea soup, accompanied by masses, the solemn mass with the Schola Cantorum, and the procession with the patron saint's statue. An event that combines devotion, memory, and community in the Bergamo plains.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra di San Lorenzo in Arzago d'Adda confirmed the vitality of one of the oldest traditions in the Bergamo plains.

Among the morning masses, the solemn evening mass with the Schola Cantorum, and the procession with the statue of San Lorenzo, the festival attracted residents and visitors from neighboring towns. The heart of the celebration remained the distribution of bread and chickpea soup at tables set up near the town hall, a gesture that has renewed the spirit of charity and community in the town since 1677.
