Edition 2025 — Sagra di San Giustino

In 2025, Barbona also celebrated its patron saint Saint Justin with the village festival on the second Sunday of July, combining religious celebrations and popular tradition, in the spirit of the village's connection to the saint's relics kept since 1732.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra di San Giustino renewed the devotion to the town's patron saint in Barbona. Around the second Sunday of July, the small community of the Bassa Padovana gathered for the celebrations in honour of Saint Justin, combining the religious dimension with the convivial aspect of the Venetian sagra, in a recurring event that continues to preserve the memory of the saint's relics that arrived in the village in 1732.

Programme

The festival followed the usual pattern of the patronal celebration: religious ceremonies in honour of Saint Justin and moments of popular festivity around the second Sunday of July, in the centre of Barbona.
