Edition 2025 — Spiedo di Quaglie di Levà

The Sagra di Levà 2025 took place starting September 12th at the parish community center of the hamlet of Levà, in Montecchio Precalcino. The star was the Royal Spit of Quails De.Co., along with spit-roasted loin, quail ragu fettuccine, and sausage, with local wines, music, and dancing, organized by the Confraternita della Quaglia.

The 2025 edition opened on September 12th at the parish community center of Levà. The Confraternita della Quaglia offered its signature menu, with the Royal Spit of Quails De.Co. as the main dish, accompanied by spit-roasted loin, quail ragu fettuccine, and spit-roasted sausage. Local wines, music, and dancing enhanced the evenings, confirming the festival as a guardian of a unique gastronomic tradition of the Alto Vicentino.
