In August 2025, the Sagra dello Spiedo d'Oro enlivened Pomarico with its traditional spit-roasted meat, food stalls, and live music, confirming itself as one of the most beloved events of the summer in the Matera village.
In summer 2025, Pomarico once again renewed the tradition of the Sagra dello Spiedo d'Oro, bringing the aroma of slow-cooked spit-roasted meat to the square.
