Edition 2025 — Sagra dello Spaghetto

In 2025, the 55th Sagra dello Spaghetto e dei Prodotti Tipici Locali animated Casacastalda with nine evenings of dancing, spaghetti in various versions, and local products, featuring live orchestras and conviviality in the hamlet of Valfabbrica, province of Perugia.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra dello Spaghetto e dei Prodotti Tipici Locali, the 55th, confirmed the success of the major summer festival in Casacastalda, a hamlet of Valfabbrica (PG). For nine evenings, the village's multi-purpose canopy came alive with food stalls dedicated to spaghetti and local specialties—cheeses, cured meats, desserts from the Umbrian peasant tradition.

Accompanying the dinners, dancing orchestras got young and old dancing on August nights, in an atmosphere of intergenerational celebration organized by Pro Casacastalda, which involves the entire community in the sagra's organization each year.
