Edition 2025 — Sagra delle Trofie

The 38th Sagra delle Trofie of Sori took place on Saturday, June 28, 2025, in the pedestrian area of the town. From the afternoon, the handmade trofie workshop, followed by stalls with trofie al pesto from Pastificio Novella and cheese focaccette, and in the evening, shows, including a performance by comedian Fabrizio Casalino.

The 2025 edition, the 38th, confirmed the beloved formula of the festival. The pedestrian area of Sori transformed into a fresh pasta workshop, with participants busy making trofie by hand under the guidance of pasta makers.

The food stalls, open from 7:00 PM, served trofie al pesto and cheese focaccette, while the evening featured musical and comedy performances, including Fabrizio Casalino's show. Organized by the Pro Loco of Sori with Pastificio Novella.

Free admission; paid consumption at the stalls.
