Edition 2025 — Sagra della Trippa

On August 7, 2025, Longano celebrated San Donato with the Sagra della Trippa organized by Pro Loco: mass, afternoon procession, tastings of Longano-style tripe in Piazza Veneziale, and a musical evening with the I Panema Band.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Trippa per San Donato took place on August 7th in Longano, organized by Pro Loco Longano. After the mass, the day continued with the saint's procession (5 PM) and, in Piazza Veneziale, with tastings of Longano-style tripe and sausage and würstel sandwiches. In the evening, the festival was enlivened by a musical event, confirming the festival as one of the most cherished of the summer in the village of the Isernia province.

Programme

Morning: Solemn mass for San Donato. 5 PM: Procession. Afternoon/Evening: Sagra della Trippa in Piazza Veneziale (Longano-style tripe, sausage and würstel sandwiches). Evening: Musical evening with traditional dances.
