Edition 2025 — Sagra della Trippa
In 2025, the Sagra della Trippa once again enlivened Castelletto Borgo at the beginning of September, bringing tripe and traditional Mantua dishes to the table. A genuine gastronomic festival, in line with the village festivals that animate the hamlets of Roncoferraro.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Trippa confirmed the gastronomic event in Castelletto Borgo, with the hamlet of Roncoferraro alive for a few days with the aromas of traditional cuisine.
Tripe, the star of the festival, was accompanied by other typical Mantuan dishes and the usual convivial atmosphere that characterises the festivals of the Bassa hamlets.
