Edition 2025 — Sagra Spertusavotte
On December 8, 2025, Roccanova renewed the tradition of the Madonna Spertusavotte and the First Wine, with the opening of the first barrel, the blessing of the cellars, and the tasting of Grottino di Roccanova DOC in the historic center of the village.
The 2025 edition
On the Feast of the Immaculate Conception in 2025, Roccanova celebrated the Madonna "Spertusavotte" with the ancient rite of the first wine: the opening of the first barrel, the first racking, and the blessing of the cellars dug into the sandstone. Amidst tastings of Grottino di Roccanova DOC and local products, the festival confirmed the village's deep connection with its wine tradition and Marian devotion.
