Edition 2025 — Sagra della Madonna del Carmine

The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Madonna del Carmine took place in Vellezzo Bellini from July 11th to 15th. Amidst the religious program, piazza dinners, and musical evenings, the Palio delle Contrade was, as always, the highlight, with the competition between Azzurri, Gialli, Rossi, and Verdi, and the participation of the village community and the hamlet of Giovenzano.

From July 11th to 15th, 2025, Vellezzo Bellini, in the Province of Pavia, celebrated its traditional Sagra della Madonna del Carmine, organized by the parish. The days alternated moments of devotion around the July 16th feast with community activities, including dinners in the piazza, bar service, and evenings of music and dancing. The heart of the festival was the Palio delle Contrade, the competition established in 1990 between the town's four districts, preceded by a parade in historical costume.
