Edition 2025 — Sagra della Madonna Addolorata

The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Madonna Addolorata enlivened the center of Isola Rizza with five days of religious and popular celebration. Food stalls open every evening and for lunch on weekends, a funfair, and dancing on the steel dance floor, all under a marquee, confirmed the festival as one of the most cherished events in the Bassa Veronese region.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Madonna Addolorata took place in the center of Isola Rizza in September, with the usual five-day format of festivities. Organized by the Pro Loco Isola Rizza, it featured food stalls open every evening and for lunch on weekends, serving typical Venetian dishes, a funfair for families, and dancing on the steel dance floor, all sheltered under a marquee. The festival, which combines Marian devotion with popular conviviality, reaffirmed its role as a major community gathering for the town of Isola Rizza, in the province of Verona.
