Sagra della Fojata e dell'Attorta

The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Fojata e dell'Attorta confirmed the formula for Sellano's summer festival in the province of Perugia, organized by the Pro Loco in the Villamagina Civil Protection village. Five evenings dedicated to the two symbolic dishes of local tradition — fojata, a savory pie of vegetables, cheese, and eggs, and attorta, a spiral cake with dried fruit, amaretti biscuits, cocoa, and cinnamon — accompanied by food stalls, orchestral concerts, and DJ sets, with the usual program of music and dancing until late at night.

The 2025 edition featured five evenings with food stalls opening at 7:00 PM, concerts by orchestras from 9:00 PM, and DJ sets from 11:00 PM, with themed evenings that enlivened the festival village in Villamagina.
