Sagra della Castagna e dei Marroni di Chiusani

The 2025 sagra of chestnuts from Chiusani, in Rocca Susella, renewed the autumn tradition of the Oltrepò Pavese. In the hamlet, nestled among the chestnut groves of Val Ardivestra, the exhibition-market of chestnuts and marroni, the peasant lunch with typical dishes, stalls of local products, and the appreciated Cammino della Castagna excursion to discover the woods and ancient marroni groves took place. The event, organised by the Chiusani community, confirmed the success of a festival now in its thirtieth edition, capable of attracting chestnut enthusiasts and hikers every year.
