Edition 2025 — Sagra della Bruschetta
The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Bruschetta di Morano Osteria took place in the last part of August in the hamlet of Morano Osteria, Gualdo Tadino. The Bruschetta di Morano — with flour from the village's stone mill, unfiltered raw oil, and garlic — confirmed its role as the symbolic dish, accompanied by a menu of first and main courses of Umbrian cuisine. The two-level structure hosted dining on the lower floor and dancing with musical entertainment on the upper floor. The organization, as is tradition, was handled by the Pro Morano Tourist Association.
