Edition 2025 — Sagra della Bruschetta

In 2025, Autunno Carbonarese once again brought Carbonara al Ticino together around the Sagra della Bruschetta, with the usual format of a long October weekend featuring polenta, bruschetta, chestnuts, a photographic exhibition, and tombola. The event, organised by Pro Loco Carbonarese, reaffirmed its role as the village's key autumn gathering.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Bruschetta followed the established tradition of Autunno Carbonarese, unfolding between the Friday evening polenta and the Sunday gastronomic fair. Stalls offering bruschetta and local dishes, chestnuts with mulled wine, a photographic exhibition, a parish charity stall, and a giant tombola marked the days, coordinated by volunteers from Pro Loco Carbonarese. The festival confirmed its community-focused nature, drawing in residents from the village and nearby towns in the Pavia countryside.
